WARNING: Transparent and oh-so-vulnerable post ahead.
Once upon a time I thought I was fat.
I was wrong.
It’s been a rough week. I’ve had more “slug days” in a row—starting Monday of LAST WEEK, culminating in a migraine episode on Monday of this week! I honestly feel like I’ve been wrung out and hung out to dry.
Still managed—aka made myself—to get out for my ¼ mile walklet on Friday. So there’s that.
I’ve been alternating between
bingeing on the ‘flix—Broadchurch, Orange is the New Black (until it became
more about lesbian sex than the storyline
Disappointing, too, ‘cause I liked the
storyline, and I can abide gay couples in shows I watch, but this was getting
too graphic), and currently watching The Crown (again)—and catching up on those pesky little
tasks that get perpetually put off. Even that is exhausting.
I’m SO anxious to get back UNDER 200 pounds. And this questionable week has had me stalled.
I’m still stuck at
