WEIGH-in-WEDNESDAY – MY I’M DOING-IT-THIS-TIME WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY – WEEKLY CHECK-IN

 

WARNING: Transparent and oh-so-vulnerable post ahead.

 

Once upon a time I thought I was fat.

 

 

 

 

I was wrong.

  

 

This has been a week of extremes—Wednesday and Thursday, I was sluggy. Then Friday I suddenly had a burst of energy, and managed my ¼ mile walklet. (I paid for it, too.) Saturday was good, got several odd tasks done around the apartment. Then… three solid days of sluggy lethargy—I was on the verge of calling my doctor!

 

 

 

And my weight paid for it. I was stuck at 211 all week. I had SO hoped to hit 210 this week…

 

… and I DID!

 

Even though I made soft tacos last night—and had TWO of ‘em! (They were rather yummy) Thought for sure my weight would be the same. Or HORRORS, have gone up.

 

 But it didn’t. And I hit 210, even if barely.

 

 

Hopefully this week will be less floopy and more productive. And FEWER pounds!

 

Next stop, 200 POUNDS! That’s my HALFWAY POINT!

 

PS – tomorrow is six months since I started this journey! I think I’m doing pretty good!
