Once upon a time I thought I was fat.
I was wrong.
Well….
I was on track to hit 210 this week. But then I went and made BAKED macaroni & cheese last night—and I couldn’t stop nibbling at the crunchy bits! (Did I mention how much I love mac-n-cheese?)
Recovery is taking its sweet time, and I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever get back to normal. Well, my normal anyway. Le sigh…
Suffice to say, I’m feeling pretty sluggy today, and discouraged.
The weather has kept me from going on any walklets. I can handle the c-c-cold OR if it’s windy—but not if it’s c-c-cold AND windy. Which it has been for a few days now. Le sigh…
Still I’m down a teensy bit from last week…
… and being SOOOO close, I’m sure to not just hit 210, but BREAK it in a day or two!!
Here’s to seeing LESS of me in the weeks to come.
