WARNING: Transparent and oh-so-vulnerable post ahead.
Once upon a time I thought I was fat.
I was wrong.
Slow and steady. I know that’s the healthier way to lose weight. And I know weight lost too fast almost always comes back. And I know I’ve got a LOT of pounds to shed.
Still, it gets to me once in a while that it is such a slow process.
I was only able to get out for one walklet this week, on Friday. And because I’m pacing myself, I didn’t attempt to go out again on Saturday. Also, my other health issues make it difficult because I have such limited energy and stamina.
Migraine on Sunday meant I didn’t do much o’ nuthin. Blah blah blah.
Still, I’m now down to
That’s two more pounds since last week!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!!
I’d love to break 230 by my doctor’s appointment next Monday but that’s pretty unlikely. Le sigh…
Here’s to seeing less of me in the weeks to come.
