MY REVIEW

I do love a good series with the same character all the way through—I’m clearly character oriented in my reading. And I do get attached.

I “met” Bree Nicholls in the first book, Without a Trace. The author picks up Bree’s story in the second book—and plunges her smack into another mystery. And it starts in her own house. [SPOILER]

Meanwhile, the spark between Bree and Cade Matthews heats up a bit more as he helps investigate. And there are plenty of twists and surprises along the way.
